About Us
Our
Story
We are Jude Adams & Gaby Torres — partners in life and in the land. Together, we weave education, craftsmanship, and earth stewardship into every project we take on.
Jude is a Santa Fe native with decades of hands-on experience in custom carpentry, property management, greenhouse design & construction, and restorative land care. Certified in Soil Analysis through Dr. Elaine’s Soil Food Web School and trained in business management, Jude combines craftsmanship with soil health expertise to offer sustainable and lasting solutions. From building greenhouses, installing fire-access culverts to revitalizing garden spaces, his work honors both function and beauty while building thriving living ecosystems.
Gaby is a trilingual (English, Spanish, and French) Level 2 Special Education and Early Childhood educator with over a decade of experience supporting children and families in school and garden settings. An avid grant writer, and 2026 Stars & Seeds Regenerative Agriculture Award, Gaby brings regenerative agriculture into classrooms and community spaces to help youth grow food, confidence, and connection to the earth. Her passion lies in creating inclusive, hands-on learning environments that empower learners of all abilities.
Rooted in practicality and guided by respect for the land, Jude and Gaby work as a team to serve families, schools, and community partners in creating spaces that nourish body, mind, and soil.
